We are not responsible for third-party services, including cryptocurrency networks, wallet providers, or payment processors. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we are not liable for funds lost due to user error or third-party failures.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses due to server downtime, technical failures, or maintenance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COIL.GG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
